<h2>About these terms</h2>
<p>These terms cover your use of auspetsupply.com.au and anything you buy from us. "We", "us" and "our" means <strong>Aus Pet Supply</strong> (ABN 37 675 468 701). "You" means you, the person using the site or placing an order.</p>
<p>By browsing the site or placing an order, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.</p>
<p>Our <strong>Refund and Returns Policy</strong>, <strong>Shipping Policy</strong> and <strong>Privacy Policy</strong> form part of these terms. Where any of them says something more specific than this page, the specific one applies.</p>
<h2>Using our site</h2>
<p>You need to be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract to buy from us. If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian to place the order.</p>
<p>Please don't use our site to do anything unlawful, don't try to break into it or interfere with it, don't scrape it or copy it wholesale, and don't submit false information at checkout. We can refuse service, cancel orders or block access where we reasonably believe any of that is happening.</p>
<h2>Products, photos and sizing</h2>
<p>We describe our products as accurately as we can. Even so:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Colours vary between screens.</strong> Fabric colour on your phone may not exactly match the product in your lounge room. Where an exact shade matters, email us and we'll describe it honestly.</li>
<li><strong>Measurements are approximate.</strong> Filled, soft-sided products have a little natural variation, and dimensions may vary slightly between batches.</li>
<li><strong>Size guides are guidance, not a guarantee.</strong> They're based on typical measurements for a breed or weight range, and every animal is different. Measure your pet and check the product's size guide. If something turns out to be the wrong size, that's a change-of-mind return under our Refund and Returns Policy rather than a fault.</li>
</ul>
<p>We may change our range, our specifications or our suppliers at any time. If we change something material about an item you've already ordered, we'll contact you before shipping and you can proceed or cancel for a full refund.</p>
<h2>Using our products safely</h2>
<p>Some honest notes about what our products are and aren't:</p>
<ul>
<li>A calming bed is designed for comfort and a sense of security. It is <strong>not a medical device or a treatment</strong> for anxiety, separation distress or any behavioural condition.</li>
<li>An orthopaedic bed is designed to support joints and distribute weight. It is <strong>not a treatment</strong> for arthritis, hip dysplasia or any other condition, and it doesn't replace veterinary care.</li>
<li>If your pet is unwell, in pain, or their behaviour has changed, please see a vet. Nothing on our site is veterinary advice.</li>
<li>No pet product is indestructible. Beds are for resting on and toys have their own limits — nothing we sell is chew-proof unless it says so. Supervise determined chewers and puppies, and remove and replace a bed if it starts to come apart, so nothing gets swallowed.</li>
<li>Follow the care instructions supplied with the product. Washing a cover that isn't machine washable, tumble-drying foam, or using an indoor product outdoors will damage it and isn't a manufacturing fault.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Prices and payment</h2>
<p>All prices are in <strong>Australian dollars and include GST</strong>. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay.</p>
<p>We can change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we've already accepted. Products in your cart aren't reserved and aren't price-locked until checkout is complete.</p>
<p>Occasionally an item may be listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical or human error. Where that happens, we're not obliged to supply at the wrong price. We'll contact you, offer you the item at the correct price, and refund you in full if you'd rather not proceed.</p>
<p>We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed through Shopify Payments. Buy-now-pay-later options such as Afterpay and Zip may be offered subject to availability and to that provider's own approval and terms; where a provider isn't shown at checkout, it isn't available. Those services are agreements between you and the provider, and we're not a party to them.</p>
<h2>Orders and acceptance</h2>
<p>Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges we've received it — the contract forms when we accept your order and dispatch it.</p>
<p>We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock or discontinued, where there's a pricing or description error, where we can't verify the payment or the delivery address, where we suspect fraud or resale, or where a delivery address is outside our shipping area. If we cancel, we refund you in full and tell you why.</p>
<p>Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.</p>
<h2>Reviews and anything you post</h2>
<p>We'd love an honest review. If you submit a review, photo or comment, you keep ownership of it but give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business, including on the site and in marketing, with attribution to the display name you've chosen.</p>
<p>Please only submit content that's yours to submit, honest, and not offensive, misleading or someone else's private information. We can decline or remove content that breaches that.</p>
<h2>Our intellectual property</h2>
<p>Our brand name, logo, wordmark, site design, text, photography and illustrations belong to us or our licensors. You may look at them, and share links to our pages. You may not copy our content, product descriptions or images for your own commercial use, or use our branding, without our written permission.</p>
<h2>Third-party links</h2>
<p>We sometimes link to other websites — a supplier, a payment provider, a vet resource. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.</p>
<h2>Your rights, and the limits of our liability</h2>
<p><strong>Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.</strong> Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. If any part of these terms would do that, it doesn't apply to you.</p>
<p>Subject to that, and to the maximum extent the law allows:</p>
<ul>
<li>where we're permitted to limit our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing any of those things;</li>
<li>we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss or damage you couldn't reasonably have expected to follow from something we did or didn't do;</li>
<li>we're not liable for damage caused by misuse of a product, by failing to follow the care instructions, or by an animal chewing, digging at or soiling a product;</li>
<li>we don't warrant that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.</li>
</ul>
<p>We're also not responsible for delays or failures caused by things genuinely outside our control — courier failures, natural disasters, extreme weather, industrial action, supplier collapse, or interruptions to internet or payment infrastructure. If something like that stops us performing, we'll contact you and offer a refund where we can't deliver.</p>
<h2>Privacy</h2>
<p>We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, who we share it with and how to access, correct or complain about it.</p>
<h2>Changes to these terms</h2>
<p>We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site when you place your order is the version that applies to that order. Please have a read whenever you shop with us.</p>
<h2>If part of these terms doesn't hold up</h2>
<p>If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest still applies.</p>
<h2>Governing law</h2>
<p>These terms are governed by the laws of <strong>{{QLD}}</strong>, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of {{QLD}} and the Commonwealth of Australia. This doesn't stop you bringing a matter in a tribunal or forum that the law gives you access to, or contacting the ACCC or your state consumer affairs body.</p>
